Features of WILLTEC
We work toward improving our services to respond to customer requests more quickly and more accurately.
ROBOT DX Lab.(in Project Design Center)
The Project Design Center is a new concept base for smart manufacturing, and its mission is to "solve diverse customer issues" such as DX at manufacturing sites and the shortage of engineers for the next generation.
While leveraging WILLTEC's long-accumulated technological expertise and know-how, the center conducts Proof of Concept (PoC) to identify the feasibility of new methods and proactively communicates them to customers.
ROBOT DX Lab. is also established
We plan and hold various seminars and demonstrations using actual equipment for customers who are considering introducing robots and AI technology to their manufacturing sites.
Three special rooms in the robot area
① Robot Showroom & Demonstration Space
"Robot Solution"
Solutions utilizing robots will be exhibited. It also functions as a demonstration area, with a "control center" and "maintenance area" to verify robot functions and performance.
② Control Center
"Visualization of Robot Control"
Design and development using a robot control system, including monitoring the robot's movements with cameras installed in the demonstration space to check consistency with the movements on the system.
③ Presentation Rooms
“Presentations that Connect with Customers"
With an eye on customers not only in Japan but also overseas, we plan and hold presentations of solution proposals to solve customers' problems and seminars for customers who are considering introducing our products.
Technical Training
We have a training room at our Kanagawa Service Center, where we conduct training for our own service engineers when they join our company and training for our technical training partners using actual product equipment we handle.
- Technical deployment from our own field engineers
- Training for manufacturers' technical divisions
Training using actual equipment at our training centers
On-site training accompanied by senior engineers
