Shifting from Temporary Staffing to Contract Manufacturing
WILLTEC provides human resource staffing services with an eye toward a contract manufacturing agreement. We start with a temporary manufacturing staffing agreement. During the agreement period, we conduct process analysis while acquiring product knowledge and learning about technical elements. After that, we make a proposal to change the temporary staffing agreement to a contract manufacturing agreement. This service is entirely attributable to our human resources that can be entrusted with manufacturing lines.

Manufacturing Engineer Staffing
Under the temporary manufacturing staffing agreement, the client (customer) gives the dispatched workers direct instructions to manufacture the customer's products.
Costs = No. of workers x hourly rate
Contract Manufacturing
Under the contract manufacturing agreement, we borrow a space in the customer's factory, manufacture the customer's products under the management and guidance of our leader employee, and deliver the finished products to the customer.

We have renewed our certification as a good and proper contractor under the FY Good and Proper Contract Manufacturing Business Provider Certification System, a project commissioned by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. The System certifies the contractors meeting the following requirements as a good and proper business provider: complying with laws and regulations related to the contract business, having a management system to promote an appropriate contract system and improve employment management, and being capable of implementing the management system.

We have renewed our certification as an excellent temporary work agency under the FY Excellent Temporary Work Agencies Certification System commissioned by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. This system can achieve digital transformation of a series of temporary staffing management operations, including order placement, conclusion of agreement, attendance, billing, and evaluation, by utilizing a common platform that connects the client company and the temporary staffing agency.
