Collaborative Robots

Cooperative robots work together with humans to realize efficient manufacturing lines. These robots are equipped with the function of stopping safely when detecting contact with a person or an object around them, thereby allowing them to be used without safety barriers.

Flow of Introduction

Order Placement
Consultation	Summarize the image of automation (interview with the client) Summarize introduction timing, budget size, acceptance inspection conditions, etc. Confirmation of the planned site for the equipment introduction
Conceptualization	Identify process issues and examine feasibility Layout study and workpiece verification Proposal of robot system concept (details and rough estimate)
Design	Confirm system specifications Create drawings for approval based on the confirmed specifications Create design review Detailed design based on the approved drawing
Production	Programming for peripheral equipment production based on the design Periodical report on progress and changes
Verification	Verify that the system operates as designed Confirm that the specifications meet the requirements (takt time, operation, etc.) Acceptance inspection before delivery in the presence of the customer
Delivery	Delivered to the designated location in the customer's factory From robot system choreography to start-up Acceptance inspection by the customer based on acceptance inspection conditions

Element Verification

In some cases, verification of each element is required before introducing a robot system. We conduct preliminary verification at key points using robots and equipment owned by our own factories to determine feasibility. If any issues arise, we resolve them before proposing a system. We can also conduct element verification in collaboration with our customers.

Based on the manufacturing know-how cultivated through the operation of our own factories and contract manufacturing, WILLTEC offers detailed proposals that include "insights" that no robot manufacturer can provide. Such proposals can only be made by WILLTEC, a company with an intimate knowledge of manufacturing sites.
